A Hopeful End to a Rough Week
It took a getting my dad’s death certificate, writing and faxing an appeal, phone calls, driving to Northridge campus multiple times, spending a couple hours with some fantastic faculty, the dean, my sweet and wonderful counselor, my awesome mom and stepfather, some money, some signing of things, getting a vaccination, turning in all the proof of paperwork there, and saying, “thank you” over and over all within the course of 3 days, but I’m back in school.
I’m back in school, and I got casted in Process! Pretty exciting, and I feel like I worked hard for all of these things, and that makes me happy.
I’m dedicated to finishing my schooling. I want to just knock it out. I’m ready to just get back on track and push through.
All day today is cleaning and getting back on track from the holidays, and later house managing. Maybe staying up late and making some things or getting up early tomorrow and making things.
So anyway I’m hopeful that my schooling is getting back on track and hopeful that maybe after or during Process I’ll do more scripted auditions. Hopeful that more opportunities will come my way.
